Our approach

Three standards behind every engagement

Precision

Minutes that faithfully reflect the discussion, how decisions were reached, the resolutions passed and the actions agreed, in plain language that will stand up to scrutiny by auditors, regulators, the courts and Shareholders years later.

Discretion

Board papers, deliberations and records are treated as strictly confidential, from the first briefing through to archiving, and are shared only with those entitled to see them.

Regulatory fluency

Work grounded in the Companies Act, the King V™ Code on Corporate Governance for South Africa 2025 (King V™), the Public Finance Management Act and other applicable legislation, applied to how your Board actually operates.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get in touch

Yes. Many engagements support an in-house Company Secretary: covering particular Committees, adding capacity during busy reporting periods, or providing leave cover. We follow your templates and conventions.

We sign confidentiality undertakings as standard. Board papers, recordings and drafts are stored on secured business systems with two-step sign-in, and access is limited to the people working on your matter.

Turnaround is agreed upfront for each engagement. Draft minutes go to the Company Secretary or Chair for review, and we incorporate comments before the final version is prepared for signature.

Yes. Our team has worked in state-owned entity environments and understands how the PFMA and Shareholder requirements shape Board and Committee processes, reporting and record-keeping.
